Following a rise in male suicide in our area, in March, we opened our doors on a Tuesday evening at 7.00pm with Newark Town Team Talk, a peer support group for men.

The group, for men meets weekly to talk, listen, empathise and share challenges. Together they come up with solutions or different ways to manage problems.

A good way to meet new people, reduce loneliness and improve low mood. We invite guest speakers to visit and talk about their services and share their own journey.

The group regularly finish with a game of pool, darts or whatever activity people would like.

All men are welcome an there are no fees, forms or charges.
