Thursday evenings from 6-8pm we open our doors to support anyone affected by suicide or bereavement.

The group meets to share their experiences and grief and find ways to navigate this devasting time. Anyone affected by bereavement is welcome, there is no pressure to share, just a place to meet with others going through difficult times.

The group also runs a structured 8 week course on a Monday evening lead by a trained therapist. Please contact Maxine for further information.
